Built in 1966 right at the water’s edge on the east side of Long Pond. You’ll enjoy wonderful sunsets, boating & swimming right from the dock. Open living/dining room with French doors to full deck across front, eat-in kitchen, bedroom with double and full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with two twins the other with a double futon, and 1/2 bath on the second floor. Family room in basement with woodstove and a single bed. Fully winterized. WiFi DSL INTERNET, DW, W/D, HEAT, DECK, CHARCOAL GRILL, DOCK, CANOE, ROW BOAT, (NO TV). House water is from the Lake, there are a couple gallons of spring water to get you started for drinking and cooking. Additional water is available in town 25¢ a gallon.
