The Guest House is located in a family compound originally owned by Admiral Richard Byrd. Walk up the granite stone walkway to the two tiered deck and then through the sliding glass doors into the Great Room. The Great Room contains a large fireplace with wood stove insert and is constructed with stones from the original foundation, a seating area, a large hearth table, stools at the bar and a modern kitchen. There is a separate living room with tables for games or puzzles and a ping pong table. Bedroom with a queen, a second bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and a full bath.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a twin bed, a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a bath with 4 foot shower.
