Classic shingled cottage right in the water’s edge of Long Pond. Good sized living room with two couches and woodstove, a kitchen with an eating area looking out to the pond, one bedroom with a queen size bed and A/C, and a full bath. There is a deck across the front to relax on and dine out as you enjoy the pond activity. The access to the pond is a shared shoreline access between the Granny Cottage and Main Cottage. TV for DVD only, no reception, MW, STACK W/D, WOODSTOVE, A/C in bedroom, FANS, HEAT, DECK, GAS GRILL. Long distance calls require a credit/calling card. House water is from the Lake, suggested bringing water for drinking and cooking. Additional water is available in Southwest Harbor 25¢ a gallon.
