Two story cottage on Long Pond. Mostly open construction with some pine walls and ceilings and lots of windows. The first floor has an open living room with an eat-in kitchen with bottled water, and a half bath with stack washer dryer. Upstairs is a large loft music area with a double futon, a separate bedroom with double Murphy bed and a bath with shower. Open deck on first level and a small deck off bedroom. Steps and path to water and dock. CABLE TV, CABLE WiFi INTERNET, No Phone,, MW, W/D, HEAT, DECK, CHARCOAL GRILL, DOCK, ROWBOAT. House water is from the Lake, there is a water bubbler for drinking, and 5 gallons provided. Additional water available in SW Harbor 25 cents per gallon Possibly available with Meyer Eva’s House #250 located on the same property.
